2005 - The Clubs Formation (29/11/06)
Established in the summer of 2005, AFC Bourne were formed by a group of friends who wanted to play a high standard of football without the normal cliques that occur in the majority of teams.
Founding members Dan Freeman, Nick and Nathan Hills and Andrew Remnant entered AFC Bourne into the Guildford & Woking Alliance League Division 3, and the side enjoyed tremendous success in their first season. After remaining undefeated in winning the league and cup double, scoring over 100 goals (in 18 league games) in the process, the league took the decision to promote AFCB to Division 1. As a result, the next immediate aim is to secure successive promotions and play next season in the GWAFL Premier Division.
